Operated 6years back.
Patient had Acute Appendicitis & also had incidental Gallbladder calculli.
Patient was informed that if Appendicitis is not Gangrenous or ruptured then we can plan Sils Cholecystectomy also at the same time.
And we were able to do for the 1st time
Sils Appendectomy along with Sils Cholecystectomy at the same time.
After that in last 6tests 6more patients had got benefited with Sils combined surgery
