Had Oppurtunity to do 4 cases of Sils Appendectomy along with Sils Cholecystectomy from single incision in the navel.
Also one of the patients had umbilical hernia along with appendectomy & Cholecystectomy.
Advantage being even in conventional Laparoscopic Surgery minimal 7 cuts will be required however we managed to do all cases in a single hole
Hence Faster recovery bec of less tissue trauma & pain
