Had a narrow escape while doing Sils Cholecystectomy in a previously cbd stented patient with grossly thick walled gallbladder & adherent callots triangle.
Right Hepatic duct was very closely/adherent to callots triangle
Blue mark represents cystic duct & black mark represents Right hepatic duct.
Also Cystic duct was grossly dilated hence Vicryl endoloop suturing was done (double thro' )
