63yrs old male patient with past history of Biliary Pancreatitis & Cbd stenting done was operated for
*Sils Cholecystectomy*
Intraoperatively Gb was densely adherent & we did complete surgery with Hydrodissection
Also we had to take Figure of 8stich for cystic duct (Sils Suturing)
Total surgical time wad 150min.
Patient had uneventful recovery & was started on liquid diet in 4hrs
Discharged after 72hrs after removing drain.
